Airway clearance is one of the important treatments for CF. This involves loosening the mucus in the lungs. It can be
done by a parent or other person "pounding" on the CF persons back and chest while they are in different positions. Often
referred to as "beatings" by a lot of families(mine included) you will hear a lot of stories from CF families who have been
overheard using that term in public!

The other most important thing is the Nebulizer. Used to deliver most CF medicines. Thankfully nowadays they make them
smaller even the regular compressors. And really small travel nebulizers
